29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. (a) At the US Fish and Wildlife Service Warehouse, was not kept in an orderly condition as evidenced by several items setting on the floor such as wiring materials and solar power panel hardware, exposing employees to a tripping hazard. The US Fish & Wildlife Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 929488, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/20/2013, with respect to a workplace located at US Fish & Wildlife Service, Stillwater National Wildlife Refuge, 1020 New River Pkwy, STE 305, Fallon, NV 89406.
