29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(ii)(D): The employer did not ensure that all medical evaluations and procedures including the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up, including prophylaxis, are provided according to the recommendations of the U.S. Public Health Service current at the time these evaluations and procedures take place, except as specified by paragraph (f). On or about November 18, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that first aide responders who were exposed to blood and bodily tissue following an incident on November 12, 2016 were offered necessary post incident vaccinations. Employees tasked with both providing first aide and cleaning up of bodily tissue and blood were not offered the hepatitis B vaccination.
