The ladder did not reach the 2nd level of the scaffold.  Employees were forced to climb the frame and cross-braces to reach the top platform.     OLD BYRAM MASONERY, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451(E)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1143034 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON JULY 6, 2016 WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF SEPTEMBER 13, 2016 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5657 HWY 25, FLOWOOD, MS 29232.
