29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Employees were exposed to burns due to a Lantech S-Series, Model #S300, Serial Number SM002053, which was connected to a standard duplex outlet which was supported from a pendent line. (The machine manufacturer stated the following: incoming line voltage at the supply connection should not vary more than +/- 10% from the rated supply. The plug on the line cord of this machine will not fit a standard duplex outlet.)
