NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Sahlem's Roofing & Siding, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088453, citation number 1, item number 1A and was affirmed as a final order on 10/28/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 511 Union Road, West Seneca, New York.

There was no fall protection in use. NO CERTIFICATION ABATEMENT REQUIRED Sahlem's Roofing & Siding, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1106566, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/31/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6337 Transit Road, Lancaster, New York.
