29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 8/26/2025 at a roof project located at 7458 Ellicott Road, West Falls, New York; employees were installing drip edge and underlayment for a roof replacement. An employee was standing on, and working from, a make shift platform on the company's lift-dump trailer to perform roof work. The employee was approximately 15 feet high and there were no fall protection measures in place. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 8/26/2025 at a roof project located at 7458 Ellicott Road, West Falls, New York; employees were replacing the roof of a two story house. The roof had an 6 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 18 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
