The most recent annual maintenance check was 2012/2013 as indicated on the tag.  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct these hazards is to conduct maintenance checks in accordance with National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 10 Chapter 6 Inspection, Maintenance, and Recharging.
