Ave, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278; the employer did not ensure employees working on the 4th floor installing sheeting/decking on the floor joists were protected from a fall of approximately 20.4 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.     The Swiss Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(1) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1005118, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4930 Transportation Dr., Sheffield, Ohio 44035.
