Swiss Construction, LLC was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1258189, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1635 Tamarac Drive, Marysville, OH 43040.  Swiss Construction, LLC was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193911, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 9, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 100 North Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278.
