29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Colonnade Plaza Job Site - On or about 11-22-16 - Employees were observed installing an asphalt shingle roof with a 5 on 12 pitch, exposed to a 13 foot 6 inch fall hazard to the ground, with no fall protection systems being used.
