(c) Aluminum Body Area: On or about December 1, 2016 and times prior, the employer did not ensure that adequate machine guarding was provided on a Jet Vertical Bandsaw (Model JWBS-14) to protect employee from the unused portion of the blade.    (d) Aluminum Body Area: On or about November 24, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the guarding on a Kalamazoo Startrite Vertical Bandsaw was properly adjusted to protect employee from the unused portion of the blade.
