29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part.      a) Jobsite/97 Spruce St, Paterson, NJ: The employer did not implement and maintain their safety program through enforcement of their requirements spelled out in the company written program. Subcontractors were working from a height of forty five (45) feet without a fall protection system, misusing ladder and using a Makita hand grinder without a guard, on or about 11/23/2016.      C & C Construction Management, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 417443, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6818 Delilah Rd, Egg harbor Township, NJ 08234.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     a) Roof: Pyramid HVAC LLC employees engaged in the installation of vibration mats for HVAC units on a roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 40 feet while working without a personal fall arrest system or other means of fall protection.       The C&C Construction Management, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 417443, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/17/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6818 Delilah Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.
