29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms: A:) Femco Holdings, LLC dba Femco Machine Company; Hobby Shop - On or about 12/7/16, and at times prior thereto, a set of stairs did not have a mid rail. The stairs led to a storage room above offices. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 8-10 feet.
