29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel:  a. Warehouse/Dock # 22 Area - On or about December 6, 2016, the employer required the use of electric powered industrial trucks to unload semi truks and these were not removed from service when found in unsafe conditions. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards of working around powered industrial trucks.  1. The powered industrial truck - Hyster (Sit Down - MIE - 1107) was found with its left side back up light - off - on 12/5/16.
