29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: a) On or about December 18, 2017 - in the Premier Transportation department of the warehouse - employees operating forklifts and employees on foot were required to share the same permanent aisles and passageways. The employer did not ensure that the aisles and the passageways were appropriately marked. The employees were thereby, exposed to struck-by hazards
