29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): Employer did not ensure electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater: In the shop, breaker and electrical panels were blocked by other electrical equipment exposing employees to electrical shock and burn hazards: 1. Electrical shut off breaker on west wall in trim line shop was blocked by down spout machine. 2. Electrical panels on east wall north of z/c line shop was blocked by compressor. 3. Electrical panes on east wall in the z/c line area were blocked by z/c line machine.
