29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)800 Willow Valley Square - Employees working on the 4th and 5th story balcony were not protected by the use of a guardrail, safety net or personal fall arrest systems while working near an unprotected side of the balcony thereby, exposing employees to fall hazards approximately 50 feet to the ground below on or about December 8, 2016.      Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
