29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) The employer did not ensure the power cord for an electrical sprayer was not positioned on the floor in the middle of the walkway of the assembly line. Employees were exposed to a trip-and-fall hazard. b) The employer did not ensure the dough dump on conveyor line leaking vegetable oil onto the floor, was serviced. Employees were exposed to a slip-and-fall hazard.
