29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: The employer did not maintain and implement a written hazard communication program for employees using hazardous chemicals such as bleach: (a) Sanitation Area, Quality Assurance employees are exposed to bleach while preparing baths to sanitize scales and other equipment; (b) Production Area, employees cutting chicken breasts are exposed to bleach while sanitizing knives and equipment. (c) Employees cleaning the bathroom are exposed to bleach.
