29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:      a) Basement- Cutting area: Employee was exposed to amputation hazards while engaged in wood cutting operations utilizing a table saw that was notguarded, on or about 12/7/16. 29 CFR 1910.213(m)(1): Cutting heads of wood shaper(s) were not enclosed with a cage or adjustable guard so designed so as to keep the operator's hand away from the cutting edge:      a) Basement- Cutting area: Employee was exposed to amputation hazards while engaged in wood cutting operations utilizing a fixed router that was not guarded, on or about 12/7/16. 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded. The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefore, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his/her body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.    a) 1st Floor - Cutting area: Employee was exposed to amputation hazards while engaged in acrylic cutting operations utilizing a table saw that was not provided with any guard, on or about 12/7/16.    b) 2nd Floor - Cutting area: Employee was exposed to amputation hazards while engaged in acrylic cutting operations utilizing a router that was not provided with any guard, on or about 12/7/16    c) 3rd Floor - Cutting area: Employee was exposed to amputation hazards while engaged in acrylic cutting operations utilizing a press drill that was not provided with any guard, on or about 12/7/16.    d) 3rd Floor - Cutting area: Employee was exposed to amputation hazards while engaged in acrylic cutting operations utilizing a chop saw that was not provided with any guard, on or about 12/7/16.    e) 2nd Floor - Cutting area: Employee was exposed to amputation hazards while engaged in acrylic cutting operations utilizing a Wood Shaper that was not provided with any guard, on or about 12/9/16.
