29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). The Luis Becerril dba Aurelio Becerril was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986156, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 5, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 2 Greymoss Cove, Little Rock, AR 72211. On or about , November 30, 2016 and times prior thereto, on a residential framing, employees were observed framing a one and a half story residence at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazards.
