29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: On November 30, 2016 and times prior thereto, each employee observed working on the one-story, residential roof, did not have restraints attached to a rope grab device or a vertical lifeline that was attached to an anchor on the structure, exposing them to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the ground below.
