29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about December 12, 2016, Calvin Turner Roofing, LLC., as the controlling employer, did not initiate and maintain a program which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment by a competent person. Employees of Ernesto Teran-Quinonez, a subcontractor, were exposed to fall hazards of up to 11 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a one- story commercial building with no fall protection in place. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Calvin Turner Roofing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981827, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 30, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2505 N Weber Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
