29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On December 14, 2016, inside the proposed living room area, employees used a Relocatable Power Tap with the strain relief pulled away from the receptacle box to supply power to a Milwaukee 4 ½ inch grinder and DeWalt battery charger.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) On December 14, 2016, inside the residential construction building, workers did not have access to Safety Data Sheets for Hanil Portland cement. Isagani B. Baluyut Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1026348, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at San Pedro Road, new Forever 21 retail store, Tamuning, GU 96913.
