29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(i): Chemical manufacturers, importers, distributors and employers shall comply with all requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (� 1910.1200) for lead. a. On or about December 14, 2016, the employer located at N145 Cty Rd O Marathon, WI 54448 did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communications program for lead which describes the hazards associated with lead and the measures employees can take to protect themselves while performing their duties as sales people and firearms trainers.
