29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): Surfaces. All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. a. On or about July 25, 2017, the employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of accumulation of lead at an indoor gun range located at 145 North Cty Rd O Marathon, WI 54448. Wipe samples taken indicated lead on surfaces utilized by employees such as door handles, a UPC scanner, a computer mouse, and a mini fridge.
