On or about December 8, 2016, at Lot 127, 6425 Berkdale Way, Suwanee, Georgia:  Six employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from nails and wood chips while operating nail guns without using eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On or about December 8, 2016, at Lot 127, 6425 Berkdale Way, Suwanee, Georgia:  Six employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11.5-feet when they used a wooden job-made ladder that did not have side rails that extended three feet above the second floor landing.
