29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) New convenience store located at 250 Bullsboro Drive, Newnan, GA 30263, Roof: On or about 02/07/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to falls over 18-feet, 5-inches from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities using the flat roof as a walking/working surface.
