29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: Building 1: On or about December 29, 2016, employees were exposed to health hazards from the accumulation of lead on surfaces in the outside break area where employees were allowed to eat. The Ashley Salvage Comoany was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 996668, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/24/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4918 Roosevelt Ave., San Antonio, TX 78214.
