(a) On December 16, 2016, at the front of the proposed residence, employees working with Hanil Portland cement were not provided with nitrile or other chemical-resistant gloves when working with wet Portland cement, exposing employees to the hazards associated with contacting wet Portland cement.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent and continuous:   (a) On December 16, 2016, at the front of the proposed residence, a yellow and black 50 foot extension cord that supplied power to a Makita GA4030 Angle Grinder, was missing it's ground pin.
