29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: The outside break area - On or about December 15, 2016 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to lead hazards by allowing lead to accumulate on the table in the outside break area to a level of 3206 micrograms per square foot. This area is one that is used for smoking and sometimes eating.
