29 CFR 1910.23(a)(4): Skylights were not guarded by a standard skylight screen or a fixed standard railing on all exposed sides. Employees working to fix water leaks on the exterior roof of the structure located at 51 Oregon Street in Sabetha, Kansas were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13.5 feet from the roof top to the concrete below in that protective measures not provided to guard the skylights from employee access.
