29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (1) On or about December 21, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a 19-foot fall hazard when installing roof tiles without means of fall protection. (2) On or about December 21, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard when engaged in residential roofing operations without means of fall protection. Jeff Albert Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1144283, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/09/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 11301 NW 18th Street Plantation Florida 33323.
