29 CFR 1910.144(a)(3): Yellow shall be the basic color for designating caution and for marking physical hazards such as: Striking against, stumbling, falling, tripping, and "caught in between." The employer is failing to protect employees from a struck by hazard by not installing yellow caution signs on low overhead conveyors. This was most recently observed at 4501 S 36th St, Omaha NE 68107 where the Overhead Bone Conveyer was measured at 71" and employees were required to walk under it.
