29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about: 12/27/16 Location: Villa BXV new residences construction at 23 Kensington Ter, Bronxville, NY 10708 a) Two employees engaged in residential construction activities, installing sheathings at a roof level approximately 15 feet above the ground were not protected from struck by hazards while not wearing hard hats. They had access to the roof through the second floor of a four story building located next, which is also part of the construction project and during that day construction activities were observed at the upper floor levels.
