This was most recently documented on November 28 2016 at 22125 Pine Hill Dr. Gretna, NE , 68028 when employee(s) were required to use a tight fitting respirator during the removal of recently installed foam insulation. This removal was being accomplished with an angle grinder equipped with a wire brush.

Employee(s) are required to use either an N95 mask or 3M full face cartridge mask when removing insulation with the use of an angle grinder equipped with a wire wheel.
