29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3): Unauthorized personnel were permitted to ride on industrial truck(s): On or about November 16, 2016 at the production area and at the side dock of building 1, near the trash compactor, an employee was exposed to caught in between and struck by hazards in that the operator of the Nissan 30 #8 forklift transported an employee riding inside of a metal trash cart supported by the forks of the forklift.
