29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): In every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for materials, business, industrial, or storage, or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official was not marked on plates of approved design which shall be supplied and securely affixed by the owner of the building, or his duly authorized agent, in a conspicuous place to which they relate: On or about January 4, 2017, no load rating was posted for the storage area above the office, adjacent to the repair stations, in the back of the facility. Several items of unknown weight were placed in this storage area.
