(c) Room #225: Employees are exposed to electric shock/fire by using a relocatable power tap attached to a relocatable power tap. (d) Room #225: Employees are exposed to electric shock/fire by using an Optimis Fan Heater (Model FH-04) attached to a relocatable power tap. THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 922060, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 21, 2013 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT A23-158 MERCURY HIGHWAY, MERCURY, NEVADA 89023
