29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill: a) Jobsite, 201 Durrow Court, Mars, PA: On or about January 5, 2017, employees who had been previously trained on the use of fall protection did not retain the knowledge or understanding necessary to work safely on a residential roof at elevations of approximately 35-38 feet . Employees did not maintain 100% fall protection and improperly attached lanyards to the side D rings of their harnesses.
