29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Jobsite, Spring Valley Development, Zelienople, PA: On or about March 15, 2019 employees engaged in residential construction activities performing roofing work were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 12-16 feet from the roof to the ground depending on the area of the roof where they were working. The employer, ACR Cambara Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1200969, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 16, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 201 Durrow Court. Lot 101, Mars, PA.
