On or about 1/6/17 located at 1065 Buxton Way, Alpharetta, GA: Employees were observed installing lumber with a pneumatic nail gun on the roof of the 6/12 pitch roof on a new house that was under construction and using a skill saw to cut the lumber with without safety glasses.
