29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   On or about May 18, 2017, at Lot 64 1941 Adams Acre Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Two employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling nail guns, hammers, and plywood while working below employees in the trusses while not wearing head protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  On or about May 18, 2017, at Lot 64, 1941 Adams Acre Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Four employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10.1-feet when they used a six foot step ladder to climb the frame work of a house up to the second floor.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  On or about May 18, 2017, at Lot 64, 1941 Adams Acre Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from nails, wood chips, and saw dust while operating nail guns and saws without using eye protection.   Mario Rivera-Artega was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1201196, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1065 Buxton Way, Alpharetta, Georgia.

Mario Rivera-Artega was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1201196, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1065 Buxton Way, Alpharetta, Georgia.
