29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material did not permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about 12/14/2016, at CLM Pallet Recycling, Inc., located at 8502 Delport Drive, St Louis, MO, 63114, employees were exposed to point of operation hazards where special hand tools for placing and removing materials for machines such as, a Smart Saw (Model# BPP. Serial # 110807), did not prevent operator from placing a hand in the danger zone.
