29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. a) Second floor of the building: On or about 01/10/17, a subcontractor employee used a circular crosscut table saw that was not guarded. The table saw was provided to the employee by the general contractor. The employee was exposed to amputation hazard, and the general contractor did not provide the guard for the table saw, which he had on site.
