29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Site: 320 East 43rd Street New York, NY On or about 1/5/17 a) Employee fell from the platform of a tubular mobile scaffold. The hinges at the end of the platform bent/came out of place causing the employee to fall to the ground floor.
