29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: a. 5559 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., Chamblee, GA (Upper Mezzanine Storage Area) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employees are required to access the upper level mezzanine storage area to retrieved items pertaining to the shop area such as, but not limited to floor caution cones, boxes and other shop materials. The mezzanine area was not equipped with the standard guardrails along the open-sides of the storage area, exposing employees to a fall of 10' to lower level, on or about 1/11/17.

Service technicians employees are not able to open the exit doors from the inside, due to the doors are padlock with a steel bar screwed into the frame of the designated emergency exit doors, preventing employees from discharging the area, in the event of an emergency, on or about 01/11/17.
