Employees are required to change oil in the shop area which drips down into the lower pit area creating a puddle.  Employees walk through the oil continuously throughout the day, tracking the oil throughout the pit area, on or about November 05, 2020.

Hairston Road, Stone Mountain, GA (Upper Level) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.   employees (lube technicians) walking in close proximity to an unguarded floor opening when not being used. The flooring opening leads to the underground pit where employees performed oil changes and minor maintenance.  The floor opening net/cover which serves as a  means of fall protection was not fully covering the 3ft. wide opening, exposing employees to a 7ft. fall to pit below, on or about November 05, 2020.
