29 CFR 1926.454(c)(3): When inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge of use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill, the employer shall retrain the affected employee. JOB SITE: In front of 1401 Lake St Louis Boulevard, Lake St Louis, MO 63367, on or about 1/11/2017, two workers were observed on a JLG Aerial Lift, Sunbelt Rental Unit #550043, with one of the workers, wearing PFAS improperly. The worker donned on the PFAS without tying the legging portion of the PFAS. The worker was exposed to a fall hazard.
