29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. On or about January 13, 2017, on the south side of the residential home being constructed, where an employee was exposed to a fall and struck-by hazards when working on an elevated pump jack scaffold without the scaffold braces having been fabricated from metal plates and angles. MARCO LOREDO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.452(j)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1153843 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 08/08/2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 24221 PERALTA GLEN, KATY, TX 77493.
